Keynote speaker Dr. Art Edgerton addresses cardiothoratic surgery. As it turned out, Dr. Edgerton was such a compelling speaker and could provide so much information that the audience would have kept him well beyond the allotted time. As it was, "time" had to be called and the doctor was allowed to leave. Speakers of this caliber happen only rarely, and the attendees took full advantage of his presence!
The next section is a group of short presentations by Chapter Presidents on their activities. Each Chapter tells about their strengths and weaknesses, special projects, future plans, and highlights of the annual reports.
